Production injection press for soft plastic bait molds
Made in the USA
These are built when ordered, lead time is normally one to two weeks.
Requires 115v household electric and a small air compressor. (Any air compressor that will inflate a car tire is sufficient)
These machines include everything needed to operate when delivered. (excluding an air compressor) Just plug in & play
A step down transformer is also available for countries with 220/240 volt electric.
1000 Watt Step Down Voltage Transformer.
Features:
- 32 fluid oz capacity (one quart).
- 2 built in industrial grade heating elements.
- Nozzle will fit molds with a tapered or 5/8" diameter injection opening.
- This machine is compatible with most aluminum soft plastic bait injection molds.
- Unlimited mold height (head can be rotated on base and mounted to self built platform)
- Programmable electronic heat controller.
- Electric mixer - 47 rpm
- Specially designed mixer blade that keeps glitter suspended in the plastic.
- Air regulator with 0-60 psi pressure gauge
- Self venting air shut off ball valve with male quick connect fitting
- 30 psi safety pop off valve
- Insulated 3/8" thick melting pot
- Industrial grade aluminum and steel construction
- High temp. o-rings
The initial heat up time is around 20 minutes. The machine will maintain an operational temperature indefinitely after the initial heating time with the programmable electronic heat controller. The plastic can be heated directly inside the machine and colorants and additives can be added to the plastic in the machine.

Warranty Information
Jacobs Mold & Machine makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that for a period of one year from the date of purchase that the mechanical components of the product are free of defects in materials and workmanship. Jacobs Mold & Machine also warrants to the original purchaser, for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase, that all other parts and components of the product are free from defects in materials and workmanship, This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear or the lack of maintenance. This warranty also does not apply to repairs, alterations or disassemble made outside our facility. Jacobs Mold & Machine shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election. We will return the repaired product at at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
