Update after using the baits

Not only does the mold make great baits, but they have caught a lot of fish- bass, crappies, bluegills! I fish them on a 1/32 jig head using a casting bubble and a 3-4 ft leader.

I wanted to find a substitute bait for one that was discontinued. I was skeptical at first because this is my first Jacobs mold. The runner seemed small and I wasn't sure about the configuration of the injection port since it is conical instead of stepped like others companies. The first injection was incomplete at the tips of the claws near the top because the mold was cold. After that, each injection produced perfect baits. No flashing, the thin runner is nice because you have less to recycle, and there was no spray from the conical port. I am very happy with this mold.
