 Now available in Modular Jig Molds.

1/16 oz. Round Head Jig Mold - 10 cavity

Aluminum CNC machined, 2 piece, hinged mold.

The handles are made of Delrin, an industrial plastic that does not transfer heat.

Will accept #6, #4, #2, and #1 Aberdeen and Sickle style jig hooks. (#1/0 hooks can also be used) (All cavities may not be capable of being loaded with the larger size hooks)

The weight size stated above is based on jigs with collars 1/16 oz. (1.77 gram)

The actual weight of the collarless jig is (1.42 gram)
 
Available in 3 configurations;
  • 10 cavities with barbed collars.
  • 10 cavities without collars.
  • 5 cavities with barbed collars and 5 cavities without collars.
These molds are compatible with LEE production melting pots.

    It's difficult to place the hooks on both sides of the molds.I will continue to try to get the mold to work.

    I have recently purchased 4 of your molds: 1/8 and 1/16 round head molds and 1/16 and 1/24 pill head molds. These things are amazing! I have poured several thousand heads through them in the last month and am totally pleased with them!
    It took me about a day to get really used to them- I learned they need to be very hot to get a good pour every time, but after that... Game on!!
    I plan on buying several more molds in the near future!
    Outstanding product!!

    I think they are the best !!! I sold all my Do-it molds and replacing with Jacobs. No comparison. Jacob's are far better. Works perfect with my Lee pot. You get what you pay for. My only complaint is the handles are to short but after you burn your hand a couple of times well even I learned where to grab it!!!!!!

    I already had a 1/16 no collar production mold, so I was wondering if I really needed another, well I'm glad I ordered this one because it is a joy to pour and the heads look better and smoother, can use larger hooks too. Kip

    These are milled molds. Other manufacturers cast there molds, so the are not as exact and crisp as these. I am modifying this mold to accept the wire keepers on the collarless mold part for solid plastics, and will use the collared jig for hollow tubes.

    Used this mold for steelhead jigs 2x hooks
    few different sizes puts a perfect shiny round ball on the hook and the weight is dead on as described.
