JACOBS MOLD & MACHINE offers the following returns policy:

You must submit a return request from your order history.

A returns authority number will be provided if the return request is granted.

Products that are defective may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, repair, or replacement

The product must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date (original packing list) and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either refund the cost, repair or replace the product at our election. We will return the repaired product at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this policy, then you will be issued a store credit for the item price only, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Unused products (*EXCLUDING MOLDS) that are returned in the original new condition will be refunded in the form of a store credit. Item price only, minus a 25% restocking fee. ("Original condition" is solely at the discretion of Jacobs Mold & Machine. Additional restocking fees apply if the products are damaged.)

* All molds are manufactured when ordered and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Any returned products without a return authority number clearly marked on the package will not be accepted.

Orders can not be modified or cancelled once placed.

Any product that is damaged or lost during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company.

JACOBS MOLD & MACHINE carefully packages every product to insure safe delivery but we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility. If in the rare event there is a problem during shipping.  Please contact the shipping company immediately.
