2" SHAD BODY TWISTER TAIL (WEEDLESS) 5 cavity mold.

Aluminum, CNC machined, 2 piece, hand injection mold.

This is a top shot mold for making laminate two color baits with a dual hand injector or single color baits with a single injector.

The injection ports are 5/8" diameter and 1/2" deep for each cavity.

The bait length is 1 7/8" as molded, but stretches to 2"- 2 1/4" in the water.

The bodies are 1/4" thick and 3/8" tall in the middle.

The mold is held together by 2 screws and is great for stopping the flash whenever you press too hard on a syringe. It takes a good push to fill the cavity but with the screws in place you are free to put pressure on the syringe. The size of the bait is great for 1/16 ounce jig heads and will catch a mess of crappie. Doing 5 at a time is nice being able to lift the syringe out of one port and move on really fast. Within about 5 minutes you can have a 10 pack of crappie plastics.

This molded bait is very attractive,Yet the multiple ports make it Hard to control dual color injections without loss of good color sequences
.I myself prefer a single hole multiple fed style to each bait pod.
Speed up the completion of dual color injections with a single hole port and feed lines on this Mold and You have a total seller and keeper :)
Thanks for the design in it I will use mostly for single colors.
