This is an aluminum CNC machined, 2 piece, 6 cavity, hand injection mold for a 3" Shad Body Stinger Tail.

The body thickness is 3/8"

This mold is a single shot design which fill all 6 cavities simultaneously.

Close but a bit short

The way the mold is cut, you have to use really hot plastic and SLOWLY inject the mold then apply heavy pressure on the injector to insure both sides of each bait fill the mold.. Using just hot plastic and injecting any way but SLOWLY results in concave side or an air bubble on one side. As a result it is problematic using twin injectors to attempt to do anything close to a perfect lamination. The 2" Stinger mold also shoot concave unless injected SLOWLY followed by pressure. All of the other mold I have purchased work perfectly.
